Youth Camp 2008 was great.... not superb, but great...
Maybe becoz I was sick during the 4 days there.
Didn't really took alot of photos... maybe coz I was too busy having fun...
Day 1...
Well nothing much happen, we form 4 girls except arwyn took bus 3 which was filled with instruments, while the guys took bus 2 and cars... we're always SEPARATED.. Took off bout 3 and reach about 5 pm. Had briefing then was dinner and the 1st sermon..
Honestly speaking, through out the camp, I only really really felt God's presence on the 1st night.
I guess I cried and cried alot... but not really enough.. I guess I'm still tightly bounded by something.
Day 2...
Woke up super duber early with Abby... the same for the next 3 days. Haha, we were roommates and also in the same team for worship. Yay! no lonely breakfast. Oh yea! roommates were : Amanda, Abigail, Ee li, Chermaine (who crash the other room) ,Claudia. While the rest of the girls was in the next room... they were Erica, Su Zanne, Cassandra, Cherie, Beatrice, Arwyn.

Someone commented that our room smells really nice... coz it was constantly filled with smells of make up, skincare and hair care + lotion. Since it was filled with fashion conscious people...
Oh yea, I didn't go out for orter (spelling??) call coz it wasn't really my calling yet so... However, when pastor Elijah prayed about something... I started crying at my seat.. omg!!
Day 3 & 4...
nth much happen, as usual sermon the activities... Oh yea, there were the battle on the 3rd day... There was games... since it was the battle, we were rough!! So bad till Erica's shoe tore and she ended up with bruises... I was half dousing away, coz we were busy talking at night instead of sleeping...Worship that night was great... God's presence was really strong... not to mention we, monkey form 4 pull and force the form 1 to the front line during worship...
I was really dissapointed at first, coz I couldn't feel God's presence to the point of getting sooo frustrated... But then, Pastor Elijah, Cherie, Beatrice reminded me that it's God that I should be seeking not his miraculous signs.. i guess I went with the wrong reason, I went to be comforted and needing a miracle... but God taught me that it's him that I should be seeking, not miracle...
Hmm... maybe God harden my heart for me to understand this?? I clearly didn't really feel Him, but I AM NO LONGER DISAPPOINTED..
Oh, we spend most of our free time at the beach... and we buried andrew in the sand and put make up on him... In the end, we make Connie save him with an ice-cream stick... Grace had to go back on the 2nd day coz she was sick, anyhow we managed to celebrate her Bufday!!!
